Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after receipt and payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Standard (USPS Ground): 2–5 business days
  • Expedited (USPS Priority): 1–3 business days
  • Free Shipping: On all orders over $30

Shipping Costs

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Free Standard Shipping applies automatically on U.S. orders of $30 or more.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also log in to your account to view tracking information.


Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed socks in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please include all tags and any original accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final-sale items (clearance or discounted below cost)
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Worn, laundered, or damaged products

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@stitch-clothing.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply with a Return Authorization and instructions within 1 business day.
  3. Pack your items securely, include the authorization form, and ship to the address provided.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 3 business days. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If you’d prefer an exchange, please let us know your desired size or color, and we will ship it out at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (damaged/defective item, wrong item shipped). In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
